Baby Elephant Saved in Kenya



I know this isn't "big news" about Africa, but I thought this was a great way of showing a happy moment in Africa. This occurred in Kenya when a baby elephant fell into a well, and the mom couldn't get the baby out. We haven't heard a lot about happy moments in Kenya, but this definitely shows life does go on, and how caring the people of Kenya are when it comes to their wildlife.

    I agree this movie, shows such a positive moment in Africa amidst all the "extreme" articles. And baby elephants are undeniably adorable.

    this video is priceless. The simplicity of life at moments like this makes everything worthwhile. Awesome story and great that it was done without harm to anybody or anything.

    I love Elephants they are my favorite animal and this was just so uplifting and sweet, I'm glad you chose to do a more positive piece on Africa because I feel the negative gets the most attention, when the little things are just as important.
